About Me:

After leaving A & M, I returned home to teach. I taught in Perry County for 8 years.

So many things transpired during this time. I was able to further my education and the Lord blessed me with advanced degrees (ALL from ASU). I have been married for 7 years and we have been blessed with three beautiful daughters: 5-year-old twins: Jamaisa & Jameicelle and 23-month-old Jalah.

I have been teaching in Tuscaloosa for three years. I applaud all of you that have entered the field of education. Lord knows, it's a hard job, but somebody's gotta do it!!

Recently, I've been approaching highway driving a little differently. I look for opportunities to help another motorist out. I try to be a bit more aware of a turn signal that I can respond to rather than driving in the zone. What would happen if we all approached highway driving with the focus on helping each other arrive safely at our destinations? What if it were a team effort?
