Recently, I've been approaching highway driving a little differently. I look for opportunities to help another motorist out. I try to be a bit more aware of a turn signal that I can respond to rather than driving in the zone. What would happen if we all approached highway driving with the focus on helping each other arrive safely at our destinations? What if it were a team effort?
Are you developing Rising Stars in your business or are they just Good-Luck-with-Getting-Your-Order-Right trainees? Are you laying out what you are expecting them to become? How do you set the stage for new employees, new contractors to become stars in your business?

I screamed when I read your comment, and called my husband in to see it. I do remember you. You are correct. I did work in Buchannan and TJ was there also. I am so glad that someone still remembers the "good old days". How in the world did you remember the overalls? He had a pair that he wore all the time, and we took a picture with him in his overalls and me in a pair og my favorite jeans. We married @ the courthouse in 1980, and there were quite a few girls from Buchanan there. Do you remember? The girls in Buchanan also gave me a baby shower in the lobby. Do you remember Eva Pitts, Cherry Toles, Me Me and some of the other girls? I will try to post some more pics later. My daughter set my page up, and I hardly get a chance to get to it much, but I promise to do better. Let's keep in touch.
