Things are good here, I am finally all settled in and I have a job at a school in my old hood. That's different. But teaching is okay. Some years better than others, This is my 11th I Took a year off to try a principal internship..not for me. Most of the time I love it, but I teach 1st grade, so the first 6 weeks are Hell!! and right now I am entering week 3 so my outlook is bound to change. If you are serious, try being a sub. If it's not for you, you'll know very quickly.

Recently, I've been approaching highway driving a little differently. I look for opportunities to help another motorist out. I try to be a bit more aware of a turn signal that I can respond to rather than driving in the zone. What would happen if we all approached highway driving with the focus on helping each other arrive safely at our destinations? What if it were a team effort?
