My Fellow Bulldogs! I am so glad to have found this sight! WOW it has been years since I have talked to some of you. Hit me up if you remember me. Most of you will not even recognize me because I have lost over 100lbs!!! No surgery!! Diet and exercise here! I am very happily married to the same man I met on the "Hill" in 1991. We married in 1999, have two beautiful children, and live in B'ham now! I am the Head Intake Coordinator for Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services and I teach aerobics at Riviera Fitness Center here in B'ham. So hit a sista up!!

Recently, I've been approaching highway driving a little differently. I look for opportunities to help another motorist out. I try to be a bit more aware of a turn signal that I can respond to rather than driving in the zone.
