Recently, I've been approaching highway driving a little differently. I look for opportunities to help another motorist out. I try to be a bit more aware of a turn signal that I can respond to rather than driving in the zone. What would happen if we all approached highway driving with the focus on helping each other arrive safely at our destinations? What if it were a team effort?
Are you developing Rising Stars in your business or are they just Good-Luck-with-Getting-Your-Order-Right trainees? Are you laying out what you are expecting them to become? How do you set the stage for new employees, new contractors to become stars in your business?

Happy New Year. Its been a while since I have been on this site and I thought it doesn't make sense reconnecting with old friends and then losing touch all over again. I hope you and your family are doing well. All is well with me just trying to deal with the unusually cold weather here 58 degrees. I don't think Gail ever came on but I do hear from her often through e-mails.
Take Care

I think the Inauguration and the associated festivities will be exciting and very, very crowded :-). They are expecting millions of attendees. Actually, I plan to leave town that weekend and watch it on TV. I will definitely visit the District AFTER the festivities. I like to visit the Whitehouse periodically....it is a very cool experience.
I hope you and your family have a very Happy Holiday season!
Love,
Pam
Its good to hear from you. Yep, we are trying to hold it down here in Huntsville!!! I have not talked to Samuenetta in a couple of months. Her sister passed in August. I probably will see her when I go home over the holidays. Let's keep in touch
I didn't know that you lived in the Dallas area. I used to travel there pretty often for work.
Take care and God Bless....Pam
I know your son is adorable. They grow so fast. My son, Briean, is on my page. It is an old picture from his graduation party in 2006. He is now a Junior in college and will be 21 in January. I also have a 14 year old daughter, Christen, who is a hand full. But I would not trade them for anything in the world.
I did not make it to homecoming, but I made it to The Classic. My daughter's high school band marched in the parade, so I went with them.
It is so good to hear from you. Let's keep in touch.
How are you? I hope that all is well with you and yours. My wife and I have 2 little boys which takes all the energy we have, but they are God's blessing to us. Take care and hope to hear from you.
