DJ Tre D's Page

DJ Tre D was born in Montgomery, Alabama. Growing up, he had an interest in record players and all types of music. His mother recalls that when he was two years old, she was attempting to potty train him but was unsuccessful. She told him if he did not go to the bathroom correctly, he would no longer be able to play with his father's record players. From that point on, DJ Tre D was potty trained. Growing up, music from Anita Baker to Marvin Gaye, Parliment to Cameo was played. At a very young age, Tre D took the role as the family DJ, playing records at various family functions. Throughout his childhood, Tre D played football but found a love in playing instruments in the band, instead. In 1995, DJ Tre D graduated from high school with an advanced diploma and decided to go to college. Tre D's college years were filled with fun. He became a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity, played percussion in Alabama A&M Marching Band (S.T.I.X. Inc.) and had his first crash course with djing for public events. He learned that his love for music was deeper than he ever imagined and began to DJ events all over Alabama. After experience, he became one of the most recommended DJ's in the state. He then began to create mixtapes that got more positive feedback than he expected. After much encouragement, he began to research information on starting an entertainment company.
