About Me:

I have been married for 6 1/2 years to my husband Bobby and we have two kids (Seth 4 and Alexia 6). I am a middle school teacher (9 years) and my husband and I both compete on the bodybuilding circuit. (I am a figure competitor and he is a bodybuilder, super-heavyweight). I still enjoy track but most of my time is spent training, with family, and my husband and I are also working with our daughter who just received her first modeling contract. Our kids are extremely athletic. They always want to challenge my husband and I in every sport. It appears that my daughter will run track like her mom because her endurance is out of this world. As for my son he has some quick moves but right now he wants to sail pirate ships and fly planes.

So far I have seen Chris Lambert (the one who use to run the 800meters with the light eyes) and hung out with Melvin Watson and his family and Colorado when I ran at the Air Force Academy. Recently, I've been approaching highway driving a little differently. I look for opportunities to help another motorist out. I try to be a bit more aware of a turn signal that I can respond to rather than driving in the zone. What would happen if we all approached highway driving with the focus on helping each other arrive safely at our destinations? What if it were a team effort?
