Hi Ladies, do any of you read Curlynikki.com. It's an awesome natural hair blog. Nikki is very educational and encouraging for newbies and transitioners. Just sharing

I've been living in the "natural" for the last three years and I must say, this was the best decision ever in regard to hair care. I feel free and relaxed (no pun intended).

This is an excellent site for sharing. I'm here to raise awareness with you, your friends and loved ones about Diabetes and Obesity by sharing the following websites: www.acaisweet.com, www.skinnysciencecoffee.com, www.skinnysciencetea.com, www.noforhealth.com. I challenge you as a coffee/tea drinker to try our products for a week and not notice the difference that gives us the competitive advantage. If you are up to the challenge Go to www.igetpaidtodrinkcoffee.com/dali

ok i just did the big chop like 2 wks ago. I love it but i've become a product junkie. I am trying different natural products and oils to find out what's going to work best. I feel free and I absolutely think it's the best thing i've done in ages! It's a major transition though but will be a great journey. I'm in the ATL area so any advice would be awesome! No , I dont' have a stylist or anyone to go to as of yet . I'm open! Right now i'm rocking just a short fro.

hi Cherie, sorry for the late reply, I use the conditioner only method to keep the "wet look" go to tightlycurly.com, you will love it. Also, a lady named kittykat1374 on youtube has a "rake and smooth" tutorial that is great. depending on the length of your hair, you may want to try a finger curl set. Let me know on my page and I can give more details, hope this helps!

Hello Ladies, I'm Happy 2 Be Nappy!!! However ladies I noticed no one has posted in awhile and I need some help. I am truely new to the group I need some advice. Hope some one gets this comment ASAP! What do you put on your hair to keep that wet look or is it even possible? My hair is naturally curly, if it is cut real close it will laid down. What products do I need, conditioners, shampoo, etc... what I really want is for it to look wet all day. HELP!

Success is a Team Sport Posted By : Cheryl E. Cook

Recently, I've been approaching highway driving a little differently. I look for opportunities to help another motorist out. I try to be a bit more aware of a turn signal that I can respond to rather than driving in the zone. What would happen if we all approached highway driving with the focus on helping each other arrive safely at our destinations? What if it were a team effort?
