Hello, Michelle. I have just finished with Organizational. It is a grat program. You will really not focus on education, but providing leadership in any organization. It focuses on the future of leadership, organizational structure, examining satisfaction within the organization. The program is awesome! I encourage it. I have a masters in edu leadership, but the org leadership gives me a more global look at any organization. So, go for it!

Hello Fellow Educators- I have a quick question.
I am currently working on my Doctorate in Educational Leadership, but am seriously considering switching to Organizational Leadership. I feel this degree would better suit my future plans. Is there anyone who has been through this program that could tell me if attaining this degree was beneficial to them?

School has started for me! Back to the business of creating our future leaders. If anyone is going through the National Board Certification process, drop me a line if you'd like feedback, assistance, a shoulder, questions answered....I'll try to help. We need more minority NBCTs!

Have a great school year!!! This is going to be a great year for us all. I am already speaking it into existence. We will motivate, teach well, touch lives, work well with our cohorts, and most of all "we will survive."

Well my fellow educators, my summer is over here in Montgomery, AL. My "yunguns" are-a-comin'!!! LOL. Everybody be blessed, stay encouraged, and we may as well get motivated b/c we have embarked on yet another school year. I especially need to get it together, I am in the first stage of education (Kindergarten) for these impressionable young minds!

Success is a Team Sport Posted By : Cheryl E. Cook

Recently, I've been approaching highway driving a little differently. I look for opportunities to help another motorist out. I try to be a bit more aware of a turn signal that I can respond to rather than driving in the zone. What would happen if we all approached highway driving with the focus on helping each other arrive safely at our destinations? What if it were a team effort?

Are You Growing Stars? Posted By : Cheryl E. Cook

Are you developing Rising Stars in your business or are they just Good-Luck-with-Getting-Your-Order-Right trainees? Are you laying out what you are expecting them to become? How do you set the stage for new employees, new contractors to become stars in your business?
