I was recently discussing how LIVE the parties were @ the Mall Ballroom & FOP Lodge. We didn't even care how much our hair would've sweat. We were gettin our party on!! Of course I should've had stock in the After Dark, since I went faithfully EVERY Thurs nite!! Those were truly the BEST of times!
The year Chub Rock came to A&M for HC. Me, Kevin, Micko and Ox could not get in the concert in the new gym. So we walked to John's and brought a case of Colt 45 short bottles, took them back to the gym and sat down in the parking lot and got bent!!!!!
Oh yeah, Fred, I remember Tennessee Sunday. I also remember the shot houses in the Heights. Some times Mr. Moody would hang over there. What happened to Mr. Moody? He was cool as hell.
I ain't trying to talk about anybody, but do yall remember my man from Africa that used to wear the Michael Jackson hook-up everyday. I mean from the ankle beaters to the white socks. Every outfit he had had a Michael Jackson flavor. Big ups to my man anyway because he represented A&M.
Recently, I've been approaching highway driving a little differently. I look for opportunities to help another motorist out. I try to be a bit more aware of a turn signal that I can respond to rather than driving in the zone. What would happen if we all approached highway driving with the focus on helping each other arrive safely at our destinations? What if it were a team effort?
