Dear Alumni, Friends and Family:
The Metro Atlanta Alumni Chapter of Alabama A&M University is hosting its Annual Heritage & Legacy Scholarship Gala on Saturday, March 21, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. at The Common, Fort McPherson, Georgia.
The Metro Atlanta Alumni Chapter of Alabama A&M University awards college scholarships and tuition assistance to deserving students graduating from high school in the Metro Atlanta area. These students must attend Alabama A&M University located in Huntsville, Alabama. The proceeds from the Heritage & Legacy Scholarship Gala will benefit the scholarship fund, as well as other projects sponsored by the alumni chapter.
To make this event a success, we need your support. You can support this event by becoming a sponsor, contribute an item(s) to be used as door prizes, purchase a $50 gala ticket, purchase an ad in our souvenir booklet, or make a tax-deductible donation. Please find enclosed with this letter a response sheet detailing options for sponsorship. Your donations can be sent to: The Metro Atlanta Alumni Chapter of AAMU, Post Office Box 98097, Atlanta, Georgia 30359-8097. Please make checks payable to: The Metro Atlanta Alumni Chapter of AAMU. We would appreciate your response by February 27, 2009.
